Registration

Look for registration information here early in 2025.

Due to the increased costs associated with running a conference, we have had to apply a modest increase to the registration fees this year.  The expected registration rates are below.  The finalized rates will be published when the registration link is active:

Conference Presenter (regular faculty): $250
Conference Presenter (retired/adjunct faculty): $175
Conference Presenter (graduate student/post-doc): $100
Conference Presenter (undergraduate): $free

Conference Pass for Non-Presenters: $50

For those interested in joining us for the Banquet on Thursday, June 19th, tickets will be available as an "add-on" to your registration.  If you are interested in sponsoring a student's ticket, this option will also be available.
