Due to the increased costs associated with running a conference, we have had to apply a modest increase to the registration fees compared to previous years.

Registration rates are below.  The link above goes to our Eventbrite page which is handling registration details. Click the orange "get tickets" button on the right side of the event page to get started.

"Early Bird" Registration Rates in Canadian dollars (register by April 15, 11:59pm EDT)

Conference Presenter (regular full-time employed): $230 +  taxes =  252.95
Conference Presenter (retired/adjunct/underemployed): $160 + taxes = 175.97
Conference Presenter (graduate student/post-doc): $95 + taxes = 104.48
Conference Presenter (undergraduate): $free

Conference Pass for Non-Presenters: $50 + taxes = 54.99

"Late Registration" Rates in Canadian dollars (register from April 16, 12:00am EDT)

Conference Presenter (regular full-time employed): $240 +  taxes and fees =  277.70
Conference Presenter (retired/adjunct/underemployed): $160 + taxes and fees = 196.86
Conference Presenter (graduate student/post-doc): $100 + taxes and fees = 116.03
Conference Presenter (undergraduate): $free

Conference Pass for Non-Presenters: $50 + taxes and fees = 58.29

Conference Banquet

For those interested in joining us for the Banquet on Thursday, June 19th, tickets will be available as an "add-on" to your registration and may also be purchased separately via the same link.  If you are interested in sponsoring a student's ticket, this option will also be available.

Banquet Tickets are $79+tx, and $65+tx for students.  We need finalized numbers for the banquet by June 1.
