Location and Venue

The 2025 Qualitative Analysis Conference will be held at Delta Hotels Québec in downtown Quebec City.  Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

The capital of the province of Quebec, Quebec City is served by an international airport with daily direct flights within Canada, to the eastern United States, and Europe. Public transit from the airport to the hotel is $4 on Route 80. Taxis and ride shares are also available.

Quebec City is also served by VIA Rail from Montreal. The train station (Gare du Palais) is approximately 1.5km from the conference hotel.

Conference sessions will take place at the Delta Hotels Québec.

A block of rooms is available at the Delta Hotels Quebec (part of the Marriott group of hotels), at a special conference rate of $264/night. Book your room through the hotel's dedicated reservation system, above.

We understand that there have been some difficulties trying to access the conference rates.  One conference participant who stuck out the process advises that you can call the hotel directly (418-647-1717) and then speak to "sales" (option 2) not "reservations" (option 1) and they can access our room block that way using the group code below or under the group "Qualitatives"
